Fountain Strategies helps you achieve your financial objectives through proper planning. We work with you to create a detailed strategy that addresses your specific financial situation, starting with a thorough review of your assets. We look at the big picture to answer your financial questions: What are my goals? Am I on the right track? What changes can I make today that will help me achieve my goals? We then develop a detailed roadmap of your financial goals (Cash Flow Control, Wealth Accumulation, Risk Management, Retirement activities and Estate Transfer considerations) and give you the ability to track their progress. Fountain Strategies provides investment management services to clients wanting a long-term planning relationship. We assess your risk threshold and work to keep portfolio risk at or below that level. Our aim is not to beat the stock market but incorporate total market performance projections into a portfolio that balances risk against investments. Accordingly, we offer a multiple-part strategy to manage your investment portfolio: Buy and Hold, Diversify Across Several Asset Classes and Rebalance Your Portfolio. Fountain Strategies offers our time, expertise and experience. We do not sell insurance, investment products or any subscriptions. There is no hourly fee; our annual retainer covers the attention a client’s financial situation demands year by year. We charge a one-time, nonrefundable set-up fee of $500 which gets you started with a complete online financial plan you can access for a full year. |
Once a client decides we provide the working relationship he or she seeks, Fountain Strategies charges an annual retainer, a mutually agreed-upon amount based upon the perceived complexity and extent of our advisor-client relationship. Current client annual fees range between $500 and $10,000 per annum and are paid via direct withdrawal from our clients’ investment accounts. Fee amount and withdrawal authorization are set forth in the Client Retainer Agreement signed by the Fountain Strategies advisor and client. The Client Retainer Agreement allows a client to resign at any time upon written notice. For more information about our fees and billing process, read our Form ADV Part II or Contact Us. |
